Our commitment to keeping children and vulnerable people safe across all 360 Muslim Experts activities.
Last updated: October 2026
360 Muslim Experts is committed to the safety and dignity of every child and vulnerable person who takes part in our programs, events, and online activities. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
We believe every person, regardless of age or ability, has the right to participate in our activities free from harm, abuse, neglect, and exploitation. We take all reasonable steps to prevent harm and to respond swiftly when concerns arise.
Members, volunteers, mentors, and staff who work with young people agree to behave responsibly, to treat participants with respect, to avoid inappropriate one-to-one contact, and to never use their position to harm or exploit anyone.
Where appropriate, people working directly with children are screened before joining and are expected to understand and follow this policy and our Code of Conduct.
If any member of our community has a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a child or vulnerable person, they should report it promptly to our safeguarding contact. Concerns are handled confidentially, taken seriously, and acted upon without delay.
We will listen to the person affected, take immediate steps to protect them, record what we have been told accurately, and involve the relevant authorities or guardians where necessary and appropriate.
To raise a safeguarding concern, email 360me.info@gmail.com with the subject line "Safeguarding". In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
